ATTENTION: It is neither a base nor a top! How to use: Each layer must be dried in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, in a LED lamp for 30 seconds. 1.Apply the mass on the cured colored gel polish 2.On top of any contrasting gel polish, apply drops/streaks that spread within 10 seconds, forming a decorative pattern.3.Cure the coating in a UV / LED lamp.4.Apply a top coat Top Coat and dry 5. Remove tacky layer (if any)
